Effective June 2026. Your dog’s records are yours — here’s how we handle them.

What we collect

Account information (your email), the dog health records you create (vaccines, medications, appointments, weight, symptoms, documents you upload), and basic usage analytics that help us improve the product. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

To provide the service: store and display your records, generate reminders and an age-appropriate schedule, and answer your questions to the Doc using the context of the dog you’re viewing. Documents you submit for AI transcription are processed to extract their contents so you can confirm and save them.

Who processes your data

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run PuppyDoc: Supabase (database, authentication, and encrypted file storage), Stripe (payment processing for Plus), and AI providers used only to transcribe documents and answer your questions. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments; we never share your records for advertising.

How it’s protected

Your records are isolated per household with row-level security, so only members of your household can access your dogs. Uploaded documents live in a private storage vault reachable only through authenticated, access-checked requests.

Your rights

You can export all of your data at any time (JSON or CSV), and you can delete your account and its records. If you’re covered by GDPR or CCPA, you also have rights to access, correct, and erase your data — email us and we’ll help.

The Puppreneur suite

PuppyDoc is part of the Puppreneur family of dog products, which share a single secure login. Your PuppyDoc health records are stored separately from other products in the family and are not shared between them.
