Terms of service
Effective June 2026. By using PuppyDoc you agree to these terms.
Not veterinary advice
PuppyDoc helps you organize your dog’s health records and offers general informational guidance. It is not a veterinarian and does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or dosing. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions, and seek emergency care when your dog needs it. You are responsible for your dog’s care.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be able to form a binding contract to use PuppyDoc.
Your data
The records you create are yours. You can export them at any time, free of charge, and you can delete your account. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans, billing & cancellation
PuppyDoc is free for a single dog. PuppyDoc Plus is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel anytime from your account; your Plus features remain active through the end of the paid period. Voice credits, where offered, are consumable and non-refundable once used.
Acceptable use
Use PuppyDoc only for lawful purposes and only for records you have the right to store. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or misuse the AI features.
Disclaimers & liability
PuppyDoc is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as PuppyDoc evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
